The more people depend on artificial intelligence to write their emails, summarize their artistic projects, compose their literature, and curate their news, the more these biased, human-programmed computers will shift and shape culture. The more people’s inherent creative abilities, wit, and logical thinking capabilities will atrophy, and the worse things are going to get. The bots are programmed by, and draw information from, centralized sources with very clear — often malevolent — agendas.

Can it be used as a tool? Sure. Might there be some cool open source applications of it? Sure. But at this point it’s a state information organ and data aggregation surveillance machine. The mainstream media is programming you to accept that it will replace you at work, so when your employer tells you that is happening, you accept it. The mainstream media is telling you that without AI-related skills, there will be no jobs, so that you will begin to be dependent on it, right now.

We are not programming ChatGPT or the others. They are being leveraged to program us. It’s obvious that the media hype and mass fanboy furore over AI is by design, and not organic. It all came at once, out of nowhere. Why such raving over apps that paint slick but always soulless pictures, and cannot even yet render a human hand correctly?

Think about it.

Let’s just call it what it is – a load of old bollocks. It’s just a bloody old glorified voice box with a load of bytes, root it and off it goes! It’s inauthentic, like a millenial’s pathetic rendition of a forgotten Christmas song, which was until now forgotten because it was already embarrassingly shit, but brought back to life by an inauthentic industry paying inauthentic lost souls. People who claim to be impressed are either faking it to be with the in-crowd, or just simply easily impressed. Who gives a fuck if it can compose a rap about cryptocurrency in the style of “Tu-Pack” whoever the greased arse he is/was, as it was probably it’s pre-prepared, template and rehrarsed “impress your fake friends with this prompt” trick…utter purile pigwank…as with all computer systems, shit in, shit out, but this is worse benefits it’s all shit.

Challenge your AI gushing friends to impress you. They will try. But ask yourself, honestly, “Am I actually impressed?”.

Yes. All that too. Heh heh. Except Tupac was an immensely talented artist who in the end was chewed up, warped, and ultimately murdered by the industry scum who made untold millions (billions?) off of him.

All the same, yeah. The AI gushing is insufferable. Nauseating. You stumped it with your simple question about Big Audio Dynamite, and I did as well with one about the Pixies. They just want us to revere this “new thing” as another means of social control. Great points about the Christmas songs! People were also raving that AI was going to make a “new Beatles song.” HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I told you someone I know suggested to me completely unironically that these chat bots should have rights eventually, and those that abuse them should be jailed, right?

Oy. Talk about a mass mental illness.

Sorry for the typos, autocorrect is exactly the kind of crap I’m talking about!
