Thanks brother. I am sorry to hear it man. It sucks big time. I finally managed a bit yesterday, thankfully. It seems the winning formula is to not sleep for about three days, drink five beers in the afternoon, go out for ramen, pass out until midnight, THEN, wake up and eat a sandwich with a cream soda, then go back to bed. Lol. Ooohhhhh Boy. Very sustainable!
It’s the mental stress and anxiety, which I know you’re no stranger to. Trying to work things out little by little, though.
