Our new EP will be released on 7.26.26. We are skipping the streaming behemoths this time, as they both delete your music ownership, and don’t pay shit to artists. Email the band @ alternativejapan@proton.me, to pre-order and then receive your direct-to-listener digital copy plus (semi) customizable album art, by paying ¥1,000 in BCH or via Paypal. Basically, it takes an insane amount of streams to even make ten dollars (around 3,000), and now with these platforms retroactively deleting content (COUGH COUGH Sony), we want to say FUCK THEM, and also help the listener have some actual ownership. As of September we will release the album on these gay-ass platforms, but until then, it’s beautiful anarchy. Get your copy as of 7.26 by simply sending an email for more details. Here’s a little teaser. I think it is a good, original, DIY work that maybe will be of some use to some struggling fuckers somewhere on this planet.

I’ve never looked into it, but what about Bandcamp? I love that place, and the music I buy directly supports the creators.

I believe there is some kind of KYC/approval process over on Bandcamp, though I am not entirely sure.
